2008-2009 Tryouts

NSA Premier tryout schedule for the 2008-09 season has been set. All players must tryout to assure that they are placed on a team of an appropriate skill level. To register your child for tryouts, please complete the following steps. If you have questions, contact us or call us at 630-428-9371 for further information.

Check the IYSA Age Eligibility Chart to determine which age group your child will play in starting this fall.

For each child, complete the online Tryout Pre-Registration form below. This reserves a spot for your child to participate.

Print and complete the Medical Waiver Form and bring the completed form to tryouts.

Determine the appropriate tryout session for your child's age group (see the tryout schedule below).

Check-in at the registration tent 30 minutes prior to the start of your tryout session. Players should bring a ball, water, and wear soccer attire including shin guards.

At the conclusion of tryouts, players selected to join a team will be contacted and additional information and instructions will be provided.
